Returning/ exchainge of goods

I bought 2x Bamboo window blinds sometime ago for R169-each. I never opened the boxes and was still in it's original packing. I want to exchange it for 2x Bigger blinds off the same kind and would have paid in the difference in price.
The store then only want to credit me R129-for each blind, instead of the R169- that i have paid. That to me is R40-p/blind from me.
This is unacceptable for me.

This is BAD service from Mr. Price.!!!
