Terrible Service, incompetent management, atitude

I went to this store to spend a voucher which my boyfriend got me for Christmas. When I wanted to fit some items, ladies responsible were too busy chatting (and making a noise), to notice me. I felt like leaving at that time but called them asking for some assistance. Eventually we were ready to pay. We went to the counter and stood in one of the lines.we were one of two people who wanted to purchase goods. The manager and two other staff members were there. He could see we needed help and yet wouldn't make eye contact. We waited atleast 30min. After the customer in front of us left, the other teller went to the bathroom.By then there were atleast 10 people waiting. We complained to the manager and got such an atitude. The amount due was R518.The voucher was worth R500. I gave her a R100 note to make up for the R18. She put ALL my change back onto a gift voucher without prior permission. She argued with us and got so nasty with me. The manager nowhere to be seen after we requested him. We wanted cash in change! It took another 30min to get the managers attention. We had had enough and wanted them to refund our voucher. Pathetic service and terrible atitudes. And not one apologized.
