I visited Foschin with a voucher I had gotten with my prevous purchase, it said R45:00 off any footwear (excluding kids wear)-so I wanted to buy morning boots which with my defenition is footwear. But the voucher didn't go through and the consultant tried it a number of times before she contacted customer service. Customer service could not assist, so she confirmed with her store mananger in order to call "support". They told me to wait a few miinutes and that they would call back. So I decided to go away for about 30min before I returned again, at that time they had not called, so I enquired with frustration what is the estimated turn around time for their queries to be resolved, she said she did not knwo but called her store manager, who immediately said that the boots were sleep wear and not footwear. My frusration is I was there 30min earlier and she was too, why couldn't she and her staff pick that up than, instead of making me come beack to the store when this could've been resolved the first time around-what is the purpose of the store manager if she can't clear up simple queries? That to me is disgusting customer service.
