BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I received a WVoucher from Woolworths Financial Services, which I attempted to use at Woolworths in Grayston road. The voucher is for the value of R102.12 wanted to purchase a product of the value of R43.11. I was then advised that I wouldn't be able to use the voucher as they wont be able to give me change and would therefore have to purchase a product that would be equivalent to the value of the given voucher. The store manager by the name of "Radin" confirmed the statement and advised me that should I continue with the purchase using my voucher, I would forfeit my change of R59.11. In the ended I ended up having to use my own money. The service was PATHETIC, worst of all their statements are contradictory to the terms stated on the voucher which I'm sure they read but chose to ignore them-"CHANGE WILL BE ISSUED IN THE FORM OF A WOOLWORTHS GIFT CARD IF MORE THAN R10 AND IN CASH IF LESS THAN R10" I would gladly appreciate it, if i could receive feedback with regards to the above.
