I was in Knysna purchasing a pair of jeans. I had a R100 voucher from Truworths with me which I received for father's day. I said to the lady that I have this voucher and that I would like to make use of it. My phone rang. I placed the voucher on the counter while she was busy with the transaction. This was my last transaction on my truworths account about just over 4 months ago. The voucher was valid of course. When I got home didn't check on the slip and simply put the bag in my closet until about 2 weeks after when I discovered that the R100 voucher was never used! It will be clear from the history on my account I'M HOPING that a R100 voucher was never used but that it was issued in my name for fathers day. I mean who would be stupid enough to go and spend R299 on a pair of jeans and not ask for a R100 voucher to be redeemed. Im not in Knysna any longer. Im utterly dissapointed in the service I received there. Plain stupidity if you ask me. People like that shouldn't be behind a counter!
