Gobii does not open e-books

I bought the Gobii ereader for my girlfriend as a gift for christmas from [URL Removed]
The first book that was downloaded works perfectly.
When we downloaded the second and third book from [URL Removed] i downloaded the e-books and copied it over to the Gobii, but when i want to open the e-book it gives a error message telling me that the e-book file is protected.

I have taken up this matter with [URL Removed] received a response from Bohemia once.
Still waiting on reply.

I am not use to this kind of service.
