DON'T BUY GOBII

In October 2012 both hubby and I treated ourselves to a Gobii, after reading good reviews. Six months down the line my Gobii my Gobii refused to charge and now will not load books - error reads 'ebook file protected'. Have phoned repeatedly and spoken to several service consultants who were unable to solve the problem. Collection was arranged for last week and my Gobii is still sitting here waiting to be collected.

My hubby's Gobii continuously resets itself for no obvious reason, it loses the page of the book you are reading.

Charging the unit takes forever and if you are an avid reader you will spend more time putting the Gobii on charge than you will on reading it.

Very disappointed at the lack of service, or should I say lack of knowledge by service consultants and that no one really seems to care.
