I have been battling with [URL Removed] for the past 5 days, trying to download an e-book already paid for. The call centre is very blas? about it, stating that the IT- guys are working on it and to just be patient. I bought four books, three of which downloaded without a hitch. Why only the glitch with the one book. On the home site it states that they have changed over to a new system on 31 August. Two weeks later and still no joy. Anybody else experiencing the same frustration?
