Black listed 5 month AFTER paying

Following months of calling and pleading with Edgars to allocate my payment to my account I have since received the Paid up letter today the 17th of October following Edgars realising that I didnt owe them afterall.

The INCORRECT Paid up letter indicates that I was Blacklisted in September and this should be so for 2 years and yet I paid off the account on the 15th of June 2013.

Called the Edcon Customer line this morning to speak to Eunice Langa the agent who issued the letter and was attended by Zandi Lloyd who wanted the FULL story and all documents to be sent to him (mind you these are with Edcon hense they issued a paid up letter). My issue was passed onto Jonayne Daniels and Welcome Hlatswayo for resolution. The disconnect on my pending issue is so bad I had to conference call Edcon Customer Agent Zandi Lloyd with Mary Bila from Festival Mall Edgars Store for the EDCON staff to attempt to resolve an EDCON issue.

This is a query has been pending for close to 5 months and struggled with Festival Mall Edgars, Ramsi and MBD Attorneys for EDCON to fix their systems for my payment to reflect.

I give up on Edgars!
