I was an employee of Edcon in selby Johannesburg in 2009 to 2010, i was never off from work without reporting to my superviser, i was never late or took leave without the manager's approval, i even served my notice to the very last day, last hour, minute and even a second.
two years later i get a phone call from Munnik Basson Dagama inc. Attorneys. saying they're collecting on behalf of edcon account, i told the stupid lady that was rude on the phone that i don't have an account with edcon, . she then replied that i was over paid by edcon now they harass me every second day, after i told them i will not pay them and i was not even earning enough to survive half a month, when she phoned again she said i didn't serve my notice.
no matter what they do, i will not pay it, and if i was over paid, that is not my problem, Edcon is the people when they leave the company, they harass the internal clients and their former employee,
