Customer service in shambles

The Customer service points are used primarily for payments and people are not redirected. Service point and information points on where to go for what is non existing. Standing in a que for 20min seeing people paying for goods instead of returning them (supposed purpose of the service points) and then being directed to another service point when i'm in front is not acceptable.
