EDGARS SURPRISED ME WITH 50000 THANK YOU POINTS WHICH IS EQUAL TO R100, EDGARS SENT ME MESSAGES TO REMIND ME TO GO IN AND USE MY POINTS AS THEY EXPIRED ON THE 24/09.

I WENT INTO JET CHOSE MY GOODS AND TO MY SURPRISE WHEN I GOT TO THE COUNTER THE HELPER 'FORTUNATE' SWIPED MY CARD TO USE THE THANK YOU AND FUNNY ENOUGH HER SYSTEM TOOK MY THANK YOU POINTS BUT I WAS ADVISED IT WAS A SYSTEM ERROR AND I CANT HAVE THE GOODS AND THE POINTS WOULD BE RETURNED INTO MY ACCOUNT AFTER 48 HRS. A LITTLE TO LATE TO USE THE POINTS.

I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THIS AND ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER WHOM I ASSUMED COULD SORT THIS OUT (BUT COULD NOT) SHE WAS SUZAN AND HONESTLY WAS THE RUDEST MANAGER I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. AFTER I WAITED FOR AN HOUR AN A HALF NO ONE COULD RESOLVE MY ISSUE! I LEFT JET WITH NO GOODS AND NO THANK YOU POINTS.

TO ME IT LOOKS LIKE A LITTLE BUT TO MUCH OF A COINCIDENCE THAT MY POINTS DISAPPEARED!

NOT HAPPY AND VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE EMPTY PROMISES AND BAD SERVICE.
