On 12 May I went to the Pick and Pay to get some supplies.
After obtaining the goods, I went to find a pay point. To my horror 3 pay points were open (one normal and 2 express pay points)
The que for every pay point went inbetween the isles. Is it not Pick and Pay policy to open more pay points if there are more than a certain amount of people waiting in the que?
The express pay points had a sign saying clearly that it was for baskets only (that is why it is an express pay point???) and people with trolleys were going through these two pay points!
The ques became so long that people were going to pay at the cigarrete counter and the que forming there was hilarious.
I looked for a manager on duty but alas. NO such luck.
