On Saterday 13 April I called the hotline to get a credit increase as I wished to purchase a Laptop at CNA EastRandMall. They gave me a credit increase and I am grateful for that. However... On 10 April according tho the Edgars website I had 489186 Thank U Points. When I got to CNA on Saterday an purchased my laptop I asked to redeem my points. After a 10 minute argument with the cashier where he went and checked at all the till he told me I have no points. So now I looked and felt like the world biggest. Now when I logged into Edgars website today it told me I have 339592 points. What happened to my points? Why did they just disappear??? No other point reward system works like that. If you have points you keep them until you spend them. I did not spend them or redeem them so what the happened to them??? You can't just go and peoples reward points. If you take them you have to tell people!! Don't just them!!
