Woworths Richards Bay Staff Behaviour is Shocking!

I purchased some groceries, and was called to Till 6. As I got there, Nosipho was in a deep conversation about her childs choice of school. Zinhle was also engrossed (cashier). Nosipho stood elbow to elbow with me, as, I took my Woolies card out, glared at her to give her a hint to stop talking and move away from my "customer space". Zinhle, mindlessly took my card, and went on swiping my groceries, still engrossed in this loud banter. I then had enough, because, I do feel that as a paying customer, I am entitled to a "Good Afternoon" by Zinhle. I am also entitled to some respect, enough so that there should be eye contact and some interaction. Midway through the transaction, after I have enough as a "bystander in this transaction" I asked Nosipho to please continue with her private chat when I leave. Nosipho left in a huff. Zinhle was obviously not impressed, and proceeded to have attitude with me when I asked her if she had swiped my Woolies card. She was obvioulsy not happy that I I stopped her private conversation midway. She then commanded me to "SIGN" (my slip), with no "Thank you". So no Hello, no thank you? and a BAD attitude? Shocking Woolworths!!
