Great attitude Zinhle

Even though I was calling to cancel my credit card... which is not a desirable thing for these call center agents to hear, Zinhle was very friendly to me. She got back to me every time she promised to do so. (which is a rare thing these days) and she was friendly to me right to the end. And I'd just like to thank her for that. :-)
