Intentional and blatant ignorance!

During a business trip in Empangeni i stopped over at KFC Rail.
I ordered a Wicked Zinger Box master Meal. I had to ask again if they still serve this product because the "Zinhle" did not answer as a reasonable yes or nod as i just received a blank stare. I asked the Cashier again if they serve this meal and she responded that they indeed did. After the product was punched onto till, another person stepped forward and said that the price is wrong for the Power Tower Box Meal. She walked to the back and i could not figure out if all is well because no one talked to me in English besides them talking to each other in their own language. I left to go and wash my hands. Upon my return i witnessed a slip on the slip printer that shows a transaction ringed up and then on the next line a return/void. I witnessed that Zinhle was packing the order but the box was the wrong color as i did not order a fully loaded box meal. She turned around handing it to me. I asked for the 3rd time if she is sure this is a Zinger box meal whereby she said yes it is. I asked my slip and change whereby she ringed it up on till. This is not acceptable as there was nothing Zinger in box! This was blatantly done
