Makro credit card rip off hidden costs

Opened an account at Makro, made a purchase on the card, was called a month later for payment.
made advance payment of R 1000.
payment procedure was not explained to me when i opened the account.
when i received the statement in december, it reflected costs of R90.26.
the interest charged was R95. and the oustanding balance R 5 871.95
i called on 26/12/13 and spoke to an agent who refused to give me her name when i confirmed that i will be disclosing this matter on hello peter, i have however managed to get a reference number : 13122600041.

my complaint was that i was not explained the payment procedure or where to make payment when opening the account, and further that i no longer need the insurance on this account.
my reason been that my charges on this account is almost equivalent to the interest costs and feel that this is a manner in which makro charges a higher interest rate with hidden costs.
