Debt collection measures will be instituted against you immediately, including the levying of costs in terms of the Debt Collectors Act, 114 of 1998 and can be prevented by obtaining a settlement amount from VeriCred Collections and paying the amount immediately. If no payment is received from you this may lead to legal action being instituted against you, which will lead to further costs being raised on your account.
