On the 13 of december 2013 I made payment to makro account number 061234745 and referenced this number 0005022190700599923 as my ref no.till today makro hasn't receeived that payment I made of R636 it does not reflect on their side and the problem is I have lost my slip I cannot send makro proof of that I made on that day I even went to the bank asking for assistance about this matter all I am told is its impossible to trace back that inoformation.it doesn't make sense because it was so not long ago I made payment I just need proof that I did make payment and that proof to makro
