I bought a dress after work for my sister only to find out: my sister did not like the colour, I went back to midrand foschini in boulders to get my refund since my sister could not find anything she liked in the store, a lady named mampi took us to her mananger to assist with the refund: Susan the manager was not helpful her service was so horrible she did not greet us, or even check my slip, she just smelled the dress and told m"that the dress is smelling arm bits and I had it on last night as if she saw me, I was never insulted been like that in my life been told that I smell, she made me look cheap, how do I go out without wearing a perfume on, with a tag on a dress? Susan was judgemental. If it was a white person she was't gonna say all the things she said to me. the dress was for my sister to attend an event on Friday which i ended up getting her another outfit for her elsewhere. I went to town in foschini at jubert street where I got a good service from all the workers, they checked my dress and could not see or smell that someone had it on, the dress was not smelling, Susan was lying! I got my refund, as for susan she needs to get a training on how to deal with customers.
