I purchased a dress from Foschini last summer. One would expect a dress that cost over R500 from a reputed Retailer to last a few seasons. After only wearing the dress for the at the most 5 times - and washing the dress only by hand it is now coming apart at the seems. I had to hand the dress in at the Store for the area manager to give me an answer and was told that they will not refund me & it is due to wear and tear of the garment. Not even a voucher or part credit! I have had my account for over 10 years and I cannot believe that this is the service I receive. If you expect your clothes to last dont buy from FOSCHINI - I am closing my account as a result of this!
