Dion wired bad service

I went into Dion wired a few weeks ago and was promised to be kept a PS4 Killzone bundle (manager signed paper agreeing to keeping me this bundle.) Day before launch i get a phone call saying that my bundle will not be guaranteed and it will be first come first serve, As i was busy at work i was not able to sort everything out. Later in the day when trying to phone Dion wired Greenstone. The phone would ring and then they would disconnect me, I was trying constantly for at least over an hour to get through. I Also tried phoning complaints and was put on hold all the time. i find this to be very unprofessional in being promised this bundle and having repeated myself saying " if i walk in on the 13th of December i will leave with this bundle" and having the manager say "yes if we get the stock we will keep you one and you will get this bundle". They do have the stock but will not keep the bundle for me. Also having canceled all my other orders i will be stuck with no PS4.
