On thursday the 21st I went very early to the store to buy dresses before my workshop. The tag said the dress is a 36 and the dress was a 10, I discovered this in the evening wen I tried both dresses, thd other one fitted well and the other didn't, I took the dress back immediately to look for a 12, I was told that dress was dirty (make up on) it was a black dress and I diidnt notice that while tryin the dress indeed I did leave a bit of make up on the neck. The lady wasy very loud abt it for other customers to hear, she even showed two whilte people the dress and ask if they would buy the dresss. Theyy just looked at her, white couple came to return shoes, with no tags on the shoes or receipt and she helped them with a smile. I didn't not argue, I just stood there. She took thee dress and only then realised that I was not returning but exchanging. This was the same lady who helped me buy the dress in the morning, she took the dress, exchanged it and I was to told to first remove make up each time I buy whay I said was, I will never buy there again. This is the store wher I bought 6dresss, each at 450 this month. I'm not daying I was right but ididnt expect tha treatment.
