Ordered package on the 14TH OF NOV, NO DELIVERY

CNA/CNA online is utterly useless and complacent.
I ordered a package on the 14th of November 2013, as to date I have STILL not received my package yet.
CNA has failed to notify me of the package/order whereabouts.
Take note that delivery was DUE: 13 December 2013.
Today is: 23 December 2013
My package is 10 DAYS LATE. UNACCEPTABLE.

ANYBODY thinking of ordering from CNA OR CNA Online, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! They fail to communicate or deliver a package, nevermind delivering it on time. CNA steals people's money.

CNA is utterly incompetent.
