My package was meant to be delivered yesterday as I paid for overnight delivery and it is still not here. I called customer care and their only reasoning was "there was not enough time yesterday to deliver" So I asked why it wasn't delivered today then? Their response was "Oh the driver never even took the package out today"
Are you kidding me? Surely if you "didn't have enough time" to deliver something the FIRST package on your list for the next day is what you missed the day before?
