Last week Thursday, 4/04/2013, my mother sent a package with a cellphone in it from Cape Town to Pretoria. She paid for an overnight delivery and today is Wednesday, 10/04/2013 (almost 1 week later) and still no package. Every time I call the customer care number, every consultant has a different story to tell me to where my package is. Today my mother received a call from speed services saying that my package is "gone". As far as I am concerned, it has been. This is UNACCEPTABLE and utterly DISGUSTING service! Never in my life will I used speed services again and will warn others not to ship packages via them!
