My Order ID is 1369410. I ordered Rocksmith 2014 guitar bundle on Saturday 14th December. I received an email on the 17th saying that the package was with the courier. A lady that works with me ordered the same item also from [URL Removed] on Wednesday 18th and it was delivered to her today (Thursday 19th). I phoned an my package is not with the courier as per the email of the 17th. Instead it is somewhere between the warehouse and the courier.

That service is not on. When I phoned now and spoke to a lady at the Mr Delivery she didn't even offer to try and find out exactly where my package is or try to expedite the delivery. She just asked if I wanted to lay a formal complaint. Fat lot of good that will do.

I won't order from these guys again. Seems they are going the same way as every other SA company that thinks customer service is a luxury not a necessity.
