I purchased a Christmas present and received an shipping confirmation on the 13th of December confirming delivery for the 16th. It is now the 23rd of December and the parcel is not here yet. I requested my money back over the phone on Friday, when a lady called me saying that she thought my package would be delivered that same day. I knew this was not going to happen, so I asked her to refund my money. She said she would phone me back, which she did not do. I have been sending emails over and over, and a lady called Lerato Mopeli is completely avoiding my request for refund, saying that she will give me a voucher for free shipping on my next purchase. Her last email actually says "Your order 154479 was dispatched but there is no more information thereafter. Kindly provide more specifics as to your query so that we can assist you further." which is ridiculous, considering that the whole history and description of the issue is below her response.
I have supplied the company with my banking details, I have phoned and emailed TOO MANY TIMES NOW. PLEASE PROCEED TO REFUND MY MONEY. You failed to deliver on time and your Customer Service Department is clearly unable to assist.
