I lodged a complaint on hellopeter before regarding this matter and it STILL has not been resolved! I ordered my package the 14th of Dec and it is now the 21 of Jan and I still dont have my package! I had calls and emails from people trying to "sort it out" but still nothing. Ive contacted the one lady numerous times now and I still dont know where my package is as she does not reply on ANY emails anymore. I am fed up with ZANDO and i will NEVER use them again as this matter is completely unacceptable. If this was being sent from overseas I'd understand but no, they promise 4-7 days delivery. I dont generally bad mouth a company but whoever is considering even buying ear rings from them I'll highly encourage you NOT to order from ZANDO.
