No Stock in warehouse or branches?!

I Have purchased a Defy Dishwasher that is on promotion on the 18/01/2014. My delivery date was on the 20/01/14 which did not happen.
After numurous phone calls i was told to do a pick-up on the 22/01/14 at Massstores in Raceway where i sat for nearly an hour before i was told there is no stock of the product and it MIGHT only come in two weeks time?? The excuse was that Defy dont have stock of the product?

Fine they told me they will do a free delivery but its already past a week and now i have to wait another two weeks?!

So my question is why do you still advertise and have the item in store if there is no stock whatsoever?

The manager at Game The Glen asked me to come in and buy a different dishwasher but i will have to pay in (and will probably wait 2 weeks for that as well) They have nothing that they can send me instead of that item.

I Have to phone them everyday to find out whats going on, NO AFTER SALES SERVICE at all!

This is really pathetic.

Can someone please sort this out!!!
