Recently I had a build quality problem with a well known double door fridge. As the fridge was out of warranty all I wanted was an explanation as to why the problem occurred in the first place and what it would cost to fix it.
After several attempts of trying to get a response from the manufacturer, who handled the situation apallingly, I contacted Game Gateway from whom I had originally purchased the fridge to see if they could help. Game Gateway contacted the manufacturer direct, got them to send out a tech. and to supply them with a report.
To cut a long story short, Game Gateway has sorted out the problem and gone way beyond the extra mile. They are an example to what excellant service is and I applaud Mr Alex Dupper and the Game Gateway team.
