I went to Game on Umgeni Road to return a product. The customer care was disgusting. I did not have a till slip - but game's policy is that they'll take it back if they stock it.
The lady at customer care said that if I don't have a till slip she cannot take the item back.
I then took it later to a different branch and they took it back with no issues. The only difference is that I incurred a lot more fuel cost.
I am a regular shopper at Game... I will still support Game... but will try to minimise shopping at Umgeni Road Game.
Game on Umgeni Road really needs better customer care. Disgusting service!!!
