Lack of service
I would like to highlight the fact that when I came in with a customer issue regarding one of Edcon's insurance products (sold to me at the store) I was greeted with an utter lack of willingness to offer any kind of comprehensive assistance on behalf of the store manager, who basically told me that nothing could be done about the issue at hand and that was that. He did this without conferring with any systems or other staff and just made it blatantly apparent that he was not going to be bothered to lift a finger. I was later helped by a very helpful lady by the name of Poppy who was willing to take up the matter and at the very least provide me with some viable feedback as well as the steps to take in order to rectify the situation. This type of attittude is unbecoming of a store manager and I hope something is ultimately done to address this situation.
