Good afternoon, My name is AM and I am currently living in Ireland . I just returned after 6 weeks in Cape Town.I never complaint about anything .However I feel I need to before things get out of hand. I use to live behind St Peter Square .P&P was always my favorite store for many reasons.
On my last trip in Dec/Jan I was so upset and shocked at the bahaviour of the staff at your Delhi( the counter with the calamari). There were a few incidents that dropped my jaw but i will only mention a few. This is unexceptable behaviour and i do blame the supervisors and also management .
1) On 2 seperate occasions /days a very tall, skinny Deli staff asked a customer if they dont have work for her .She told the customer who she clearly didnt know that she hated this place and that she wanted to get out. This in unproffessional behaviour, UNEXCEPTABLE.
2) i arrived at Deli-Young staff to me ..Good morning sir, How can I help you .I was so impressed only to be deflated 2 seconds later by who appears to be a supervisor....In a very unprofessional manner she said...no need for all that..just, next customer please .Please talk to you Deli staff.....Or monitor the behaviour . Thanks
