A senior staff member is our neighbour and we as neighbours had a little tiff at home. While shopping this senior staff member Mariska who I believe is a manager at the store attacked my wife because of this personal issue. We then called the store manager and the store manager Ashley had no tolerance for us as he started raising his voice at my wife and took on a dismissive face and attacking body language when she was explaining her side for the story, naturally with upset in her voice. Ashley said that on behalf of the store he apologizes but did not at all ask Mariska to apologize and he said that he'd handle it. Due to a previous grievance I had at this store I knew that he was just trying to shut us up and would not take the necessary disciplinary steps against his co-worker. Confirming my suspicion he said that the store owner would call us regarding the matter but he did not even take our names or contact numbers. We left their office and finished our shopping and came home. This is not at all acceptable that clients are attacked by staff for any reason, when in the personal situation we had given mariska a fair chance at handling the situation like adults.
