I had the displeasure of visiting your Key West Branch again... This evening to rectify your issues... No Promises were met admittedly due to the key staff members being off sick. I was greeted with the same lack of service and total incompetency that I have had in the past so nothing has changed. I urge HEAD OFFICE to take action in this store as it is a circus. There is absolutely no customer care with staff members even laughing at their incompetancies, these people should be informed who the pays their salary at the end of the month? YES it is me the customer. That I might add is treated like dirt.
The Assistant Manager did not even flinch when I told him the amount of stock I left on your counter the previous time as well as the fact that I had purchased the shoes I was wearing On line and that these had even been delivered to my place of work...
Edgars wake up!! I am the customer and am the one paying your salaries.
Head Office Take action against this store this is my THIRD visit to this store where it is a circus!!!
