Service Received from Staff

On Saturday the 22 Dec 13, I went to Jet Phoenix Plaza, to change my card to a Thank U card.After waiting in line for 20 min, I was attended by 1 of the staff Who then told me that I have to wait for a manager to come in to assist me in changing my card to the Thank U card.After telling her that I could not wait till 11am for a manager, she then assisted me.She called the customer service dept to block my current card so that she could issue me with a Thank U card, which failed as apparently they did not block the card properly. Then she called them again and apparently everything was done and she made me sign the back of a new card and she said that I could start using the card.
On Sunday 23/12/13 when I went to Edgars Gateway, I had a problem using the card, I went up to enquiries they said that I was issued with the WRONG card which didn't link to my account.I then went to Jet Gateway next door, after about 20 min of the staff member who was assisting me, she told me that she was offline & COULD not assist but had time to chit chat with other staff & that I was to go back to Jet Phoenix.I have lost out on using my double Thank U points coz of incompetent staff @ JET. UNACCEPTABLE!!
