On Sunday 24/3/13 i walked into Edgars active to purchase a Adissage sandal.. i did not find any on display and there where no sales person on the floor. The manager or lady in charge did not offer any assistance and just ignored me. when i eventually asked for assistance i was given a abrupt look and she instructed the security guard.. who is not even a staff member, to go look for the sandal... he was very confused and took forever so i walked out the store. Your staff should be trained with human interaction skills as i saw a many annoyed customers walk out that store because of the lack of assistance. i will never shop at that store again...
