I would like to bring to your attention the lack of customer service which I had experienced at the Sandton KFC on Sunday (09/06/2013). I had been served by Doreen Matani who was very rude and unaccommodating to my needs as a customer, I then changed my order due to her unwillingness to assist.
While waiting for my order she began talking about me to the kitchen staff in her own language together with broken English, after which they all had a good laugh at my expense. I believe that this type of behavior is disrespectful and unbecoming of someone employed in the service industry. For this reason I had cancelled my order and went to another store.
I urge the store and area management to address this issue before they loose more customers.
