Tried to settle my account and close my game card. Was sent from the info desk to till to credit desk without any help. The woman who was supposed to be able to help was out, they made us wait for 40 minutes, after loosing our temper and demanding to speak to a manager, the manager has the gall to make us wait again, chatting on the telephone. Disgusting customer service and my account is still not closed
