On the 16/01/2013 i went to get Mafikeng and paid off the account as per outstanding amount given by their head office, and requested the account to be closed. The debit order did not go through during January month after the payment and to my assurance that was an indication that tha account was closed. But now to my suprise the debit order went through this morning and they refuse to help me and they don't wanna close the account. Please help to sort out this mess because i don't want anything to do with that store anymore.
