So, I have done the HP thing on Nov 7th last year, again on the 18yh Nov last year... And was told twice the issue is resolved...
I paid up my wifes game account and CLOSED it, but still got statements. So I asked for a letter confirming it was closed - still got statements.. So I asked for ANOTHER confirmation...
Guess what... I now ''owe'' GAME R27.01??? It IS not RCS or whoever you blamed last time - IT CLEARLY SAYS GAME in big bold letters on the letter head.
I have the letter saying its closed. I have the letter saying you will no longer harrass me... But nobody cares... Typical of Massmart (Lord knows Walmart is better). Please LEAVE ME ALONE - THIRD REQUEST.
