On the evening of Saturday, 21 December 2013 we went up to The Glen Sopping Centre. I saw a lovely black & white striped costume (posh full cost striped) and asked one of the ladies to assist me in finding the correct size. She went out of her way to assist me, advised that they didn't have the size I was looking for, however, checked on the system to see where they showed availability. It showed stock available @ Alberton City & Greenstone Mall. Upon arriving @ Alberton where I requested assistance, after waiting for quite some time only to be told the system is slow. The staff never even bothered to check in their stores if it was perhaps there. After leaving, feeling irritated & disappointed, I headed off to Greenstone where they too had 'no stock' not bothering to check their stores for the item! HOW is it possible that the system showed availability at these stores but no one could properly assist me in sourcing one! Very disappointing from Mr. Price Sport!!
