On the 16/10/2013 I called Mr Price customer care to ask about a dress that i saw online. Dress code: 1140212702003. The consultant advised that I could get the dress and my specific size at Mr Price Southgate or The Glen. I went to Southgate on 18/10/2013.Shirley checked on the system & advised that the dress is at the back & they have not unpacked the box's & they will NOT unpack them for me. She tried passing the buck saying the customer care line advised me incorrectly & i should go to the Glen. To them its new stock. After several moments of arguing & being given bad customer service with attitude i went to the glen. To my surprise Mr Price the Glen staff advised me that Southgate shop was suppose to go to the back and get me the dress size as that is what they do! I was then advised that the so called new stock was sent to the shops two weeks before & that Shirley & her colleague to me to get me out of the shop! I bought a damaged dress cause i had no choice & i dont blame Mr Price the Glen as they tried their best to assist & even called Southgate to try speak to them to open the box but they refused! This should not be happening, Its bad service!
