My recent visit to Mac Make up counter at Edgars Pavillion has left me nothing short of disgusted. I must point out that my complaint is against Mac counter and not the entire of the Edgars Pavillion staff. It would be much appreciated if the staff that managed this counter were more ready to help and less ready to shake their behinds to the music in the background.i fully understand and appreciate that it is the festive season and everything and everyone is busy. I approached the Mac counter to purchase some make up, i was left unattended by the staff who attended to other people who arrived there after me. It was evident based on their attitude towards me that they felt that i was not fit for their make up and that someone dressed plainly as i was, can not afford their make up. After being told twice by a staff member who was busy with a customer that someone would be with me no one bothered and fed up i left.i would just like to point out to the Mac staff it doesnt mean that if im not looking like a million dollars that i cant afford it. I really dont want an apology or phone call i just want to say that there is nothing more distasteful than shallow judgmental people.
