I called the store to query stock of their cd player with cassette n radio player. Was passed through a department spoke to Thandi mncube... and then was left on the line waiting 4 over 30 minutes... Listening to a few peoples stories. If they have not service in them, they should be working with customers. Do they not have the decency to come back on the line and tell what's taking soo long, why they left me waiting. What the man, just so u know. As I'm on the call I'm reporting this. Something needs to be done, its not a small store its a big store. I hung up and called again, was passed to the same lady, all she could say 4 the disgusting service was sorry, she is not paying 4 my calls, n not getting me this frekking time back... Asked 4 her manager who she said was Shelden and that took a very long time to speak to som1 that was not even her manager. She accused me of swearing her... Which she does not understand anger from swearing had I sworn @ her that would have been a different thing. Asked 4 her manager to call me.
