I went to fourways mall to collect a jeans that was put aside for me yesterday, a African lady who claimed to be the "Manager" had kept it aside... I tried the jeans on and waited for her to finish off with her client thinking they work on commission, she saw me waiting behind the client for her with the R1500 jeans in my hand but rather ignored me and went to dust the counter... It looked as If she didn't want to assist me.
I then asked another sales person to assist, she then came back to start helping.
I was looking at a few types of jeans when I was told its no use looking at them all when I should fit it on and buy or don't buy.
This is unacceptable attitude for a brand like guess, she kept making me feel as if I was window shopping or wasting her time.
I then told her to pls let another person help me as it seemed as if she didn't want to help me.
Is this the way your staff treat loyal client? I am not new to the brand but this has left a really sour taste in my mouth. I would rather go to a store where I am valued as a customer.
I went to sissy boy and spent over R8000 which would have been spent n your store... Never never again
