In April 2013 I purchased a LG 3D television and pvr decoder on credit from house and home in rustenburg. The consultant asked if she had to add insurance so I agreed to that as I am uninsured. On sunday 15 December we had a burglary and we were robbed from all our electronics.. We went monday 16 December to house and home to do a claim just to find I am only insured for credit.. I was planning to buy more goods from that same branch but now I am doubting my decision.. At this stage I dont see any use to pay my account further as I feel this is breach of contract. The assistance is from house and home head office is no good as no one is willing to assist us in this matter. As far as I am concerned I was covered for all risk and feel that I was treated unfair..
