Damaged Fridge

I purchased a Defy fridge from House and Home Edenvale, this fridge is still under warranty and is not keeping anything cold anymore, so I went to Edenvale House and Home on Saturday 13 April 2012 to get my fridge fixed. The sales person I spoke to was Mike and he told me that I had nothing to worry about and that Defy would be coming through first thing on Monday to fix my fridge. It is now Monday 15 April 2013 12:15 I have not had a phone call from Mike, and no one from Defy come to fix my fridge. So I phoned Edenvale House and Home to ask them what was happening, I spoke to a Jason and he told me that I would not be getting my fridge fixed today because they have not done the correct paper work, in the meantime my food is going off fridge and no one at Edenvale House and Home seems to be too concerned about my predicament. I have just received a phone call from Jason explaining to me that Defy will only be able to come and fix the fridge on Tuesday, I still find unacceptable.
